My look is way too colourful and my skin is way too pale for them to like me! XD So it's obviously you guys keeping me up at the top! You should have SEEN the comments! Good god they can be cruel. So thank you for everyone that's voted for me and showed them that colourful make-up is loved too! You can vote for your favourite look here: [link]

First of all I want to congratulate you with the first place that you received and truly deserved from my point of view; and I believe that most of your watchers think the same way! And also want to say that this is an honor that in our beloved DA community is this kind of talented person who obtained the recognition not only here but everywhere where her art is and will be posted! So, congrats!

Now let us go to the make-up by itself! I loved the color palette that you chose for this artwork! The classic combination of red and black was, is and always will be attractive for the watchers! Really do not know why it is this way. Maybe it is because the black color in fact is only the absorption of all the existing colors and light in one and very deep color. So the surplus of this color always may be challenged and attacked by very captious critics. Even in our daily life we can see the same reaction on very well-known subculture which the main indication is wearing the black color – Goths; and the reaction of the people when they see them! (Did not want to hurt some Goths feelings really)! So it was a good idea of the artist to combine this very "strong" and "powerful" color with some other! And classical red is just perfect at this point!

I also like how you did not used some special details in this make-up. I am saying about costume, special accessories or even tracery that you prefer to do usually in your work. From my point of view "strong" and pretty attractive combination of colors in make-up it is the only thing that is needed in this artwork. Nevertheless that you wear the wig on this photo, it does not looks like it is superfluous and unsuitable here! In fact if I would not know that this is a wig but not your own hair I would never guess!

Except black and red colors you also used one very special color here that was not approved by some other people (like you said). White. By my nature I am pretty pale by my own, and after living a whole life in the North Country where the sun is not strong enough to bring some colors in our pale community I am used to see this tone of skin. But nevertheless I have one big BUT at this point. I understand that you wanted to make your skin to look enough pale, maybe even a little bit white. But it does not mean that you should not have any other colors or shadows on your face. Nevertheless how pale the person is, he or she always has some shadows on his face that makes some parts of the face to look lighter or darker. In your interpretation of pale face we can not see anything like this and that is what I did not like in your artwork. Nevertheless what do you want to do with your face you should not lose the naturalness of the humans face! This is unnatural!

After all I still think that all works of this artist are and its creator deserves to be first in anything she does! And nevertheless as usual I can not imagine how the make-up of this artist can be formal and prom in the same time I like in spite of its purpose! Thank you for showing us your talent once more; but I see that your watcher still need a little bit more of your art so you should post a tutorial on this look!!!

With all my respect.
