Here's my 6th design for my Green Day album series! This is from Dookie, one of their most famous albums. I took the explosion off of the cover art! I couldn't add all of the detail (since there was just SO much) so I settled with the main explosion. Also, this is obviously not supposed to be a wearable look. Though by all means, if you want to have exploding eyes, you're awesome!

About this series:

**As a lot of you know, I'm quite obsessed with Green Day. So I'm taking a quick break from scenes to do something *I* actually really want to do! Requests will be on hold until I get these out. Don't worry, it won't take me long!

I'm going to be doing a makeup look inspired by each of the albums. I'll be uploading them in a random order, just which ever album I feel like doing at the time.

If you don't like Green Day, just zone out for the next couple designs. I promise I'll be back doing them in no time!

For those Green Day fans... I'm stuck on Insomniac. The imagery is too complicated for makeup and there are so many colours. Any suggestions?**

This I could already see that it is a colorful, playful piece of artwork. Very original, but some of it has some faults to be honest. Not one of your best artworks, but still pretty good. I would have loved it if you made the eyebrow more lighter white so it does not interfere with the explosion. This is a very unique piece, and I do enjoy the playfulness of it. But if you look at the left tip of your eyebrow there is a problem with the paint. It looks awesome and I will hope to see better ones, though not going to lie. Keep up the great work!

Yet another very good piece of eye art.
You say you've left out alot of the detail but I think the amount of detail you have crammed into such a small space without making it look overcrowded is just amazing. All the colours work really well together and are very vivid. Theres excellent depth in the cloud at the top of the explosion. I like how you make the explosion fit around the eye and it doesn't just appear out the top of the eye. Don't really know what else to say with out repeating myself, brilliant. Very well done!

I just stumbled across this, and I gotta say your Green Day collection is just AMAZING! :3
I love this one so much, and I gotta admit I would seriously wear that.
Random question, would you consider doing tutorials for any of your Green Day pieces at all?
