Mulan Eyes by KatieAlves Mulan Eyes by KatieAlves
You guys asked for it! Here's the most voted for Disney movie, Mulan!

On the left side is the scene where Mulan returns home. There's the cherry tree, with her father sitting on the bench underneath it and then Mulan coming through the entrance way.

On the right is Mushu when he first meets Mulan. This is his silhouette and the little blue/purple dot is Cri-Kee fanning the fire! Then underneath it are all the glowing elders! Now I know that the elders are not in that scene, but I wanted to include them in this, so I split the right eye!

DA dulls down the colours... so for the correct ones go here: [link]

Very well done! On her tumblr page, the colors are bright and beautiful for this picture. Vision is a four point five stars because these two scenes are ones I remember most from the movie itself. Originality is a five because of the skills and how long it must've taken to plan this. Technique is a five due to the fact that it is s neat and combines both plain eye shadow with shiny eye liner. Impact is a five because of how the colors pop and make you notice each eye. This deserves a spot on the front page, if anything!

I really love the movie Mulan and this is a very good representation. I know how hard it is to work with makeup when doing intricate details, so that is why I gave you a 4.5 on technique. I gave you a 4.5 on vision because these scenes are ones that are ver powerful in the movie, and you translated that into your work, which I think made a big impact. On originality I only gave you a 4 because I have seen many of your other Disney works, and this is not the first one you did, but I am glad you have kept doing them because they showcase your work very well, and they are quite beautiful pieces. Finally, I gave you a 4.5 on vision because you quite obviously had a vision in mind, (you didn't just start working and this is what you came up with) and you carried out that vision perfectly. Overall it is very nice, and there is not really much to improve upon.

Both! The backgrounds are eyeshadow and the details are liquid eyeliner and face paint :)
