So I was out taking photos outside in my backyard, when a bunch of swans float up beside me. I'm slightly afraid of them... because they attacked me as a child XD! BUT I stayed and got a few half decent shots.
terrified of birds! but i love this photograph. all your work is absolutely amazing. i have only been on this site once or twice and when i saw your work i said i have to make an account so i can follow her! thank you for giving me the pleasure of viewing your artistic talents
Mute Swans arent actually too aggresive unless protecting young, I would stay away from the trumpiter and the black swans (Wont find a wild black swan unless some place more exotic) I have a pair of black swans and the male is extreamly aggresive, hit my mom with its wing so hard she started to bleed. Never got attacked by my peococks though... (Looked through comments XD) Sorry about any spelling mistakes, to tired to correct them... > < Great photo! I love the texture and hue! The black and white was a good idea.
I was too young to remember what kind of swans they were, but I assume just the regular white ones. I think I've seen a black swan before, but it had tags on it, so obviously someone had it.
Don't worry about the spelling, I couldn't find any! I've had to read much, much worse.
XD I use to run off with gosslings and the geese would fly after me. Mom always told me to give them back though T_T I think mute swans are more common then the trumpiters but then again there are a crap load of swans. I think the only exotic bird that ever chased me and scared me was the Emu. XD There were 2 of them and I had to climb those round hay bales to get away. That was an interesting day.. Few! > < I dont like spelling things wrong, it just bothers me. Yeah... I've gotten worse too, I hate when people don't capitalize their I's. And speak in caps lock.... it makes me think their angry at me..
Very lovely picture though!
This is one of the best shots i have seen in such a long time.
I absolutely adore this
